Terms of Use

Welcome to LEILA. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LEILA mobile application ("App") operated by GenNex LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About LEILA

LEILA is a social networking platform primarily designed for foreigners, expatriates, and tourists visiting or residing in Morocco. While the App is accessible to all eligible users, it is specifically tailored to serve the international community seeking to:

  • Socialize and connect with like-minded individuals
  • Meet new people for friendship, networking, and social activities
  • Discover and browse venues including bars, restaurants, clubs, and entertainment establishments suited to their preferences and needs
  • Explore nightlife and social events in various Moroccan cities

LEILA is intended to facilitate genuine social connections and enhance the experience of visitors and residents exploring Morocco's vibrant social scene.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or offensive content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Use the App to spam or send unsolicited messages

6. Prohibited Content

LEILA is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination:

  • Nudity and sexual content: Any nude, sexually explicit, or pornographic images, videos, or text
  • Escort or prostitution services: Any solicitation, advertisement, or promotion of sexual services
  • Illegal activities: Content promoting drug use, trafficking, or any other illegal activities
  • Violence and threats: Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or threats against others
  • Hate speech: Content that attacks individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
  • Harassment and bullying: Targeted abuse, intimidation, or harassment of other users
  • Fraudulent content: Scams, phishing attempts, or deceptive practices
  • Minor exploitation: Any content involving or targeting minors

Note: We employ content moderation systems to enforce these policies and reserve the right to report illegal content to appropriate authorities.

7. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on the App. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

8. Premium Services

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GenNex LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Real-Life Interactions Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: LEILA IS A SOCIAL PLATFORM ONLY.

  • The App facilitates connections between users but does not organize, supervise, or take any responsibility for real-life meetings, events, or interactions that may occur between users.
  • You acknowledge and agree that GenNex LLC is not responsible or liable for any conduct, actions, behavior, harm, injury, damage, or disputes that occur outside of the App or in real life, including but not limited to:

- Meetings arranged through the App

- Events or gatherings organized by users

- Any interactions at venues, parties, or other locations

- Personal relationships formed through the App

  • You assume all risks associated with meeting other users in person. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and informing friends or family of your plans.
  • Users are solely responsible for their own safety and conduct when interacting with others both within and outside the App.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENNEX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM REAL-LIFE INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GenNex LLC is registered.
